Gregg has invested in Real Estate since 1982 and continues to believe in it today. He sees Real Estate as an asset that must be managed much like a stock, bond, or bank account. He helps people invest, whether it is a first home, a lot to build on, or a retirement home.

Gregg would also like to point out that the IRS has made real estate a wonderful tool for avoiding taxation. One of the great things about home ownership is that all the interest you pay on your loan is deductible from your taxable income.  In addition to that, you should know that a home is one of the few things that you don’t have to pay up front. In 1987, Gregg was the first agent in Duluth to start representing buyers. The way it was in the past, everyone was on the seller’s team and the buyer was basically out to lunch. Today, both the buyer and the seller usually have their own realtor. In rare cases, the same realtor represents both the buyer and the seller in what is known as dual-agency.

In most cases, the buyer tries to negotiate the best deal for the home buyer’s while the seller’s realtor tries to negotiate the best deal for the sellers. Both sides must conform to certain guidelines, and disclose certain information. Gregg can represent you in either situation.
